Dr. chris carroll
Founder and Physical TherapistDr. Carroll, founder of Adaptletics LLC, is among a select group of physical therapists in the United States to hold dual board certification in both Neurologic and Orthopedic Physical Therapy, offering a highly specialized and comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, performance, and movement optimization. With advanced training spanning neurologic recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and movement-based wellness, he delivers individualized care designed to restore function, elevate performance, and support long-term health.
He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, with additional training in Love Your Brain Yoga for Healthcare Professionals. This diverse background allows him to integrate evidence-based practice with a holistic, movement-focused philosophy.
Dr. Carroll began his career at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, where he spent nearly a decade treating complex neurologic conditions across inpatient, outpatient, and wellness settings. He later joined Trifecta Therapeutics, expanding his expertise in orthopedic and performance-based care for active individuals. In 2023, he advanced his vision by opening Adaptletics, a practice dedicated to optimizing performance and long-term health through personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation for neurologic conditions.

Physical TherapistDr. Sass brings a thoughtful and individualized approach to neurologic rehabilitation, combining clinical expertise with a creative background shaped by a decade working in high-end kitchens as a chef before transitioning into physical therapy.
He earned his doctorate degree at Thomas Jefferson University. Over the past four years, he has specialized in the treatment of neurologic conditions including spinal cord injury, stroke, and traumatic brain injury, working across inpatient and outpatient settings at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital.
In 2026, he joined Adaptletics, where he continues to provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on helping individuals regain confidence, independence, and quality of life through movement.
