CAREER EXPERIENCE:

Trifecta Therapeutics (2023 - Present)

A performance sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic that focuses on the treatment and rehabilitation of high performing athletes and active individuals. The care here is based on implementation of a multimodal approach consisting of hands on manual skills, high effort and sport specific exercise, in combination with education and support to help the client achieve their goals.

Magee Rehabilitation Hospital (2014-2022)

Dr. Carroll began his career at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital in 2014, a premiere and well respected inpatient and outpatient neurologic rehabilitation center. During his time here he was trained in various modalities including manual locomotor training, use of functional electronic neuromuscular stimulation devices, and hands on gait training and movement facilitation. He has worked across the continuum of care serving patients in the acute stages of their injuries, the outpatient setting working on community based goals, and has coordinated outpatient wellness programs to maintain fitness post injury.

His treatment approach and philosophy focus on incorporating hands on manual therapy skills to improve mobility, increase activity tolerance, and reduce pain. He combines these techniques with specific exercises and training to foster physical recovery and improve functional mobility. He believes in the value of empowering the client to be an active participant in their care through education and creating an environment that fosters confidence and inspires hope.

“Chris embodies what it means to be kind, energetic, and supportive.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I could feel his positive energy and genuine desire to help me feel better.”
